The moratorium on sale of farmland must be prolonged unless clear and transparent rules of land handling are elaborated.
"No one can sell land unless clear, quality European rules on land handling are elaborated," Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said in an interview for the Rada parliamentary channel on Friday.
"No rules, not land sale," Groysman said. He also said "there is a risk that free land market may make Ukrainian landowners poor."
